We feature spacious one-bedroom apartments and smaller efficiency apartments for couples or individuals. Each apartment is decorated in neutral colors to accent your own style and furniture. The full-sized kitchens have ample cabinet and counter top space and include a refrigerator and stove. Each apartment's combination tub and shower unit is equipped with safety grab bars. And for added security, there is also an emergency call button in both the bathroom and the bedroom of each unit.
The monthly fee covers a variety of extras, including:

With 139 apartments, we are large enough to be a community with a variety of backgrounds and interests but small enough to appreciate the need for each individual's privacy.
Additional Amenities
In addition to the features included in the Basic Monthly Fee, other amenities are available, some at no charge and some that can be purchased for a nominal fee.
Extra Meal Services: Our dining room prepares a selection of entrees at three convenient meal times. Don't feel like cooking? Then enjoy all three of your meals in the dining room. You choose. You can purchase extra meals in the dining room for you whenever you want and invite guests in to dine with you. There's even Room Service available upon request for a fee.
Housekeeping & Laundry Services: Our housekeeping staff can provide household services such as vacuuming, waxing floors, dusting or laundry. The services are scheduled through our front desk and can be individualized to meet a variety of residents' needs.
Transportation: Traveling to and from leisure activities or a doctor's appointment can all be arranged through the front desk. Cost is based on the distance.
Beauty and Barber Shop Services: Two beauticians provide a full range of services six days a week.
Covered Carport: Each space is well lit and rented for a nominal monthly charge. John C. Lincoln Security regularly patrols the parking lot
