Away from the hustle and
bustle, nestled in the deserts of North Scotts
dale,
there is a very special home known as Lovin Manor. Lovin Manor is a special
place with the ability to refresh the soul. Days are spent stirring the
heart, restoring the weary spirit and inspiring and strengthening the mind.
Everyone who experiences Lovin Manor has a story to share during their stay
with us making them part of our family and joining our spirit
Inside
The manor is tucked away in a little corner of pristine North Scottsdale desert with views of the Mcdowell Mountains, Pinnacle Peak, and Black Mountain. Set on 2.5 acres, the 5,3OO+ square foot house features an outdoor retreat and garden patio, fountains, walking, paths, water features and grounds where flowers and wildlife abound.
The manor accommodates up
to 10 residents with their choice of private or semi-p
rivate
rooms. Other features include:
· Caring, professional staff 24 hours a day; including Registered Nurses, EMTs and Nurse Assistants An oversized activity kitchen with cafe style eating area
· Formal dining room
· A menu of 3 Chef-designed meals a day; delicious snacks; all under the supervision of a Licensed Dietician Activity programs designed by the residents
· Housekeeping and linen service
· Spacious bedrooms, each with their own refrigerator

dignity and pride. The people you see every day, our caregivers, are here to

based on a social model, not the medical model of a nursing home, with
healthcare professionals as caregivers, nurturing every resident,
Services
Our Host Manager, Bob
Ziomek, RN, BSN, MSN, in addition to having a Masters in Nursing and over 25
years of healthcare and nursing experience, he is certified by the Arizona
State Board of Examiners as an Assisted Living Facility Manager. Resident
services include personal, supervisory and directed care. We work with each
resident and their family to create a service plan that supports the
resident’s individual abilities and desires and accommodates their changing
needs. All meals, laundry and assistance with Activities of Daily Living
ADLS) arc standard for our residents. ADLs may include dressing, grooming,
dental hygiene, bathing, transferring and mobility and medication
dispensing.
Activities
Our primary goal at Lovin Manor is to tailor specific activities for each individual resident. Residents help create their activity - gardening, exercise, shopping trips, guest performers, scrapbooking and bible studies are just a few options. Our residents can even try their hand at cooking if they would like.
Respite Care
Caring for a loved one can be very rewarding. However, there may be times when you need to turn to someone for help. At The Lovin Manor, your loved One can enjoy our care, service and hospitality even if they stay for one day, several days, or seven weeks. Our temporary assistance program can also be utilized when family members are away on business or travel. It is also available for post-hospitalization, short-term illnesses or during difficult permanent relocations.
Fees
There are no lifetime fees, annual contracts or buy-ins. Monthly fees include all meals, laundry housekeeping and assisted care. Transportation services and ancillary supplies can be arranged upon request.
