The monthly rent includes one meal daily, utilities, local telephone, weekly housekeeping, cable television and scheduled transportation. For residents who need assistance with everyday living, Sierra Pointe offers additional Assisted Living services provided by a fully licensed staff.

Residents
can pick up their phones and choose from a menu of services that can be

needs. Imagine having someone cater to your every wish! Perhaps you would
like help with
organizing
closets, walking your dog or escorting you on errands to the mall. Almost
anything is possible
when
you call a just for you services
team member.
Sierra Pointe's
just for you program
gives residents flexibility in the services they choose. Services can
be
selected when desired or needed; residents do not have to be locked into a
predesigned service package.
The just for you program is easy to use. Residents may arrange for monthly or one-time service and all charges will be billed monthly.
