Independent Living
With a total 248 one-and two-bedroom apartment homes, Westminster offers Residents a choice of eight different beautifully designed floor plans.

Amidst the privacy of their own apartment homes, our 320 Residents enjoy active, worry-free, maintenance-free living among friends. From elegant dining, housekeeping and linen service to transportation, programs and activities for every interest, the services and amenities have been carefully designed.
 

Full-Continuum of Care
Most importantly, our Residents enjoy the security and peace of mind that only a life care community can bring. With a full-continuum of care, our Residents are guaranteed unlimited access to our on-site Health Care Center at virtually no extra cost, should they ever need it.
 

Not-For-Profit Community
An independent, not-for-profit community, Westminster Village was founded in 1988 by a group of friends and neighbors, just like you, who envisioned a community where people could continue their accustomed lifestyles and be assured of lifelong health care. They made that vision a reality, and we are proud to say many of our founding members live here today.
 

Westminster Village, Inc., is not owned by any individual or group. There are no shareholders making a profit at our Residents’ expense. Any and all revenue generated goes back into the community to provide services to our Residents. Westminster is governed by a community-based, volunteer Board of Directors, who ensure our Residents' needs are identified and met.

Resident Input Valued
Our Residents are our most important customers and understanding their issues and concerns is a top priority. So we rely on our Residents' Council for valuable input and feedback. Our Residents’ Council consists of nine elected representatives who meet on a monthly basis and focus on key areas, including social events, building and grounds, housekeeping and decorating, dining, town meetings and health issues. The Council exists to enhance the lives and promote the interests of the Residents. Its highest priority is maintaining cooperation and communication between the Residents, management and Board of Directors.

Centrally Located
Most homeowners are not as lucky to be as centrally located as we are. Located at the Southeast corner of Pima and Cactus Roads, you’ll find one of the most extensive shopping areas, as well as a tremendous array of restaurants, grocery stores and entertainment options within a five-mile radius. Scottsdale Healthcare Shea, one of Arizona’s finest hospitals, is located less than five minutes from here. We are just seven miles from Mayo Clinic and only 20 minutes from the Mayo Clinic Hospital and beautiful downtown Scottsdale.

Elegant Dining
We offer the finest in full-table service dining. Join us in our exquisite dining room for lunch or dinner and choose from a variety of delicious entrees prepared by our talented chef. The menus change daily and offer exceptional variety, including items lower in fat, sodium, and sugar.

Our Champagne Sunday Brunch offers an array of delicious creations. For a change of pace, our private dining room may be reserved for special dinner parties or family get-togethers.

Ice Cream Parlor & General Store
Our Ice Cream Parlor also features breakfast and lunch selections. You may also purchase a variety of food and other grocery items in our General Store.

Housekeeping, Maintenance & Security
Leave the chores to us. Bimonthly housekeeping services, weekly flat linen service and maintenance of your apartment home, building and grounds is provided. For your protection, our security staff is on duty 24-hours a day.

Mail Service
Mail is distributed to your personal mailbox by noon each day. You may also purchase stamps and other mailing services. The daily newspaper can also be delivered right to your door.

In-house Bank
Wells Fargo offers Residents in-house banking convenience. Residents can make deposits, withdraw money from their account and cash checks. The friendly, comfortable atmosphere allows Residents to ask questions and receive one-on-one personal service.

Beauty & Barber Salon
Our full-service beauty & barber salon is conveniently located within Westminster Village. Manicures and pedicures are also available.

Massage Therapy
A certified massage therapist is available every Thursday. Experience the relaxation and pain relief massage therapy can bring.

Transportation
Enjoy the hassle-free pleasure of being chauffeured. Our community bus, handicapped accessible van and Town Car are available to transport Residents to shopping, medical appointments and other services.

Swimming, Fitness & Golf
Enjoy our outdoor heated pool and spa. Also located in the pool area, you'll find our fitness room, putting green and shuffle board.

Crafts, Plants & Woodworking
If you enjoy working with your hands, we have lots of opportunities for you to share your creativity in our craft room, greenhouse, woodworking shop and lapidary room.

Library
Our library is filled with current and classic fiction and nonfiction, large print and audio books, magazines and newspapers, reference books and even books written by our Residents.

Guest Suites
We have two guest suites available for your family and other visitors.

Religious Services
Our nondenominational chapel features a service, performed by visiting area clergy, every Sunday at 4 p.m. A Jewish service is held each month. Scheduled transportation is available Sunday mornings to several area churches.

Our resident chaplain is also available for personal counseling. The chaplain facilitates a grief support group and visits Residents in the hospital and care center.
